1 This is an original proceeding in this court instituted by application of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority for approval of the issuance of not to exceed $190,000,000 of Oklahoma Turnpike System Revenue Bonds dated January 1, 1966. The application for such approval is filed pursuant to legislative authorization set forth in 69 O.S. 1961, Sec. 668. Notice of the hearing of the application was duly given in accordance with the provisions of said Sec. 668.
